Service
FlowPilot provides a productized automation installation service (lead intake, qualification, follow-ups, and reporting) built primarily on n8n and your existing tools.
No revenue guarantee
We do not guarantee sales outcomes or revenue. We commit to delivering the agreed operational automation and documentation within the agreed scope.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide timely access and accurate information
- Ensure you have the right to process your leads’ data
- Approve templates and routing rules before go-live
Data protection
Where applicable, we act as a processor and you act as controller. A DPA can be provided upon request.

Support is provided asynchronously by email unless otherwise agreed.
