Purpose
- Evaluate compatibility and respond to requests
- Deliver and support the automation installation
- Maintain an audit trail of the automation actions (for reliability)
Legal basis
Legitimate interest (pre-sales communication) and contract performance (service delivery) where applicable.
Retention
We retain lead form submissions for up to 12 months, unless you request deletion. Customer implementation data is retained for the duration of the contract and a reasonable period afterward for support and compliance.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by our infrastructure providers (e.g., email, hosting, automation tooling) strictly to operate the service.
